Etrebelle is a combined collagen stimulator and hybrid filler consisting of biodegradable PLA and a non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid. It is a type of filler that builds up collagen rather than providing an immediate volume increase like regular HA fillers.
Unlike other PLA based products such as Sculptra, Etrebelle also contains hyaluronic acid which binds moisture and stabilizes the skin while new collagen (PLA) is formed. The collagen-stimulating effect of PLA is a slow process that takes place over several months. But you get a result that is your own and lasts for years.
Sculptra has PLLA as its only ingredient. Etrebelle contains PLA and HA to moisturize and provide immediate volume while new collagen is formed as the HA disappears.

Immediately after injection, Etrebelle will create volume through hyaluronic acid. Meanwhile, the PLA microparticles effectively prevent the hyaluronic acid from migrating.
Rebuilding
After 1 month, as the hyaluronic acid slowly breaks down, the PLA microparticles begin to stimulate the production of new collagen, leading to improved skin elasticity.
Maintenance
After 6 months, Etrebelle has been gradually broken down and replaced by newly formed collagen fibers, restoring a completely natural volume that can be expected to last for several years.

Things to consider after treatment
Almost everyone can return to their daily activities immediately. After the treatment, customers may experience redness, minor swelling, bruising and mild discomfort that normally disappears within one to two days. For a few days after the treatment, you should avoid saunas, physical exercise and swimming pools.
It is important that you massage the treated area for five minutes x five times a day as after a month new collagen starts to form around the PLA particles and you can gradually see the improvement. .
