HiFu
HIFU is a highly precise medical treatment that applies high intensity ultrasound energy to deliver energy to the deeper layers of the skin in a non-invasive way. HIFU provides a long-lasting effect by affecting the deeper layer of the skin.This treatment delivers high intensity ultrasound energy to the targeted depth of the skin and creates thermal lesions that stimulate the rearrangement of collagen and elastin in the skin through a natural wound healing process, which occurs when the energy generates heat above 60°C.
The treatment takes 30 to 120 minutes, depending on the treatment areas.Full results are seen after about 6 months when new collagen has formed in the skin, lifting and rejuvenating it. Most people only need a single treatment to tighten the skin on the face with HIFU, but this depends on age and skin condition. If another treatment is needed, it can be performed after 3 months.
Who can be treated with HIFU
Both men and women, with all skin types, can undergo HIFU treatment. However, the treatment is not for pregnant women, epileptics, diabetics or people with pacemakers, metal implants in the skin, ongoing infection, high blood pressure or high blood lipids. If you have been treated with toxin or fillers, you should wait 3 months before treatment.
Does the treatment hurt?
At the time of treatment you may experience some stinging pain and discomfort but this is highly tolerable. There is no pain after the treatment. It is recommended to take painkillers 30-60 minutes before the treatment.
When are the first results visible?
The first effects of the treatment are usually seen 2-3 weeks after treatment. The process of breaking down fat cells and their resorption through natural metabolic processes continues for another 2 to 3 months when the full effect of the treatment is seen.

Things to consider before treatment
Before treatment, you must not drink alcohol or take blood-thinning medication (Ipren, Aspirin, Waran, etc.).
Things to consider after treatment
Feel free to use a moisturizing face mask every day for the first week, then twice a week.
Wash your face with lukewarm water, not too hot or too cold during the first week.
No sauna, no strenuous exercise, no smoking or alcohol intake for a week.
Avoid the sun for the first month and use SPF 50.
