The substance used in Stylage to fill in wrinkles and create volume is pure, synthetically produced hyaluronic acid which also exists in our body including skin. However, over the years, the body produces lower levels of both hyaluronic acid and collagen and the skin loses its elasticity. Stylage is therefore injected into the wrinkles and furrows of the skin to restore the lost volume and regain its natural and youthful appearance.
Stylage is classified as a third generation skin filler, consisting of hyaluronic acid, a non-animal, non-permanent substance. You can also have a facelift without surgery or convalescence.
Stylage is the only filler that contains a natural antioxidant (mannitol) which contributes to a lasting result.Stylage is only available in clinics. Treatment is always done by a leg. doctor or registered nurse.
